C. Michael Stewart - President & CEO, Co-Owner

“You put a quality product out, with great customer service at a fair price. It’s worked for our company for 34 years.” Our clients are partners who we value very much everyone at the company knows to do whatever it takes to make our clients successful! This is how Mike describes the secret of Voluforms’ success. Mike began his printing career at Kentucky Lithographing Company working part time in 1973. He later accepted a Sales position and remained there until 1984 when his father Charles founded Voluforms. Mike immediately went to work in Sales for his dad. Under Mike’s tutelage, Voluforms has grown and been acknowledged several times by Print Solutions Magazine as one of the top 100 print distributors. In 1991, INC. Magazine listed Voluforms as a top 500 fastest growing American company. In the last few years, Mike and his brother Mark, have acquired the business from their father and continue to make strides in providing marketing and forms distribution solutions for Voluforms customers.

As a community leader, Mike is active in the Jeffersonville Rotary Club (Rotary President of The Year District 6580, 2008-09) and serves as 2019 Executive Committee Chairperson for Leadership Southern Indiana. Michael has served as Southern Indiana Metro United Way Chairperson and on the United Way SIAC board since 2005 – 2018 . He has served on board positions with The Friends of The Town Clock, The Carnegie Arts Council, the Advisory Board for Louisville Public Radio, and Southern Indiana CEO Roundtable.

Louisville Business First recognized Mike as one of 25 Most Admired CEOs in 2019 and the winner of the Louisville Business First 2020 Family Business Award. In 2020, Voluforms was also a finalist for the One Southern Indiana Business of the Year.

Mike is married to Susie and they have three children – Zach (Terryn), Chase (Brie) and Tyler( Ream), and 4 grandchildren Tegan, Posey, Wells and Olive.  His family is the top priority in his life. He loves to spend time with family and friends. He is also a professional photographer for several local music venues and national magazines and enjoys traveling to music festivals, fantasy football and is a collector of Cincinnati Reds and music memorabilia.

Mark Stewart - Co-Owner

Mark began his career with Voluforms immediately after graduating from the University of Evansville in 1987. A co-owner with his brother Mike, Mark focuses most of his time on the manufacturing side of business. Mark is married to Brenda and has five children – Conley, Kendra, Keaton, Cayleigh and Kassidy. Wendy Eckert - COO

“I believe having been actively involved in several different areas of the company helps me bring a more all-encompassing view of how we need to operate to develop the highest level of customer loyalty. Finding ways to ‘build a better mousetrap’ is fine, and a necessary part of my job, but if we don’t leave customers with the idea that they want to do business with us, above all others, then none of it matters.”

Wendy has been with Voluforms since 1990. She started as an Inventory Management Specialist, was instrumental in developing the Medical Division of Voluforms, and then ventured into Sales to help support the new division. In 2000, Voluforms opened the doors of a satellite office in Louisville, KY at the request of their largest medical division customer. Along with her Sales role, Wendy managed this office and helped to develop our Webformex product. In February of 2005, Wendy assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer for Voluforms.

Jim Hutchinson - Vice President, Sales

With over 36 years in the printing industry, Jim has served in Customer Service, Purchasing and Sales.  Hard work, dedication and realizing that customer satisfaction is “everything”, has been Jim’s creed for the past 22 years he has worked for Voluforms.  Jim primarily serves financial institutions in the state of Kentucky.

Susan Voyles Garr - Vice President, Sales

With over 25 years in the printing industry, Susan has background in several aspects of the forms business. She has spent the past 21 years of her career with Voluforms in Customer Service, Purchasing and now, as a Sales Executive. Susan’s sales philosophy is time-tested and carries across the boundaries of many jobs: To always be honest, considerate and respectful of customers and to never cease in thanking them, always remembering that they have a choice when it comes to purchasing.

Susan has three children and loves hanging out with them and attending their events. She enjoys reading, movies, walking and decorating in her spare time.

Sarah Conrey - Sales/Service Representative

Sarah Conrey joined the Voluforms team in 2005. Her 14 years of industry experience include customer service, management and sales. Sarah works with a wide array of clients including large and small businesses, financial institutions, schools and non-profits. She enjoys the dynamic customer relationships and serving the diverse needs of such a varied group. Sarah is sixteen years married to her husband, John, with whom she is proud to share four children: Carson, Kate, Coen and Korbyn. Sarah spends her free time attending her kids’ activities and volunteering in their school as well as her community. She enjoys cooking, reading and family gatherings.

Jana Meyer - Sales/Service Representative

Jana’s sales philosophy is based on the Golden Rule – treat your customers as you would want to be treated. With an extensive background in the forms management industry, she has had time to employ this value. Jana began her career with Voluforms in 1995, but has been active in the forms industry since 1982. Along with Sales experience, Jana has Customer Service, Forms Purchasing and pre-press background, as well. Jana works primarily with medical accounts in the Kentuckiana area.

Paula Redford - Vice President of Sales

Paula came to Voluforms in May of 2012 with a diverse background including direct & relationship sales, new business development and technical administration, with experience in pharmaceutical sales and as a paralegal. This detail and deadline-oriented background allows Paula to bring to Voluforms qualifications in account management with a focus on impeccable customer service. She has a proven track record in building lasting business relationships resulting in satisfied customers. When asked about her sales philosophy, Paula replied, “I have an enthusiasm in dealing with people and an extremely diligent work ethic. These qualities provide me the ability to offer exceptional customer service.” Paula is married and has 3 children, ages 15, 13 and 7. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, cooking and spending time with her family.

Tom Bartle - Vice President of Sales

Although the newest member of the Voluforms sales team, Tom is no novice in the forms industry. With over 13 years in the print industry, both selling and manufacturing, he came on board with Voluforms in 2016 after leading MICR Express Forms for Harland Clarke. Prior to that Tom worked at RCA, Pitney Bowes, and the United States Marine Corps. Tom spends his spare time with his daughter and son and enjoys coaching his son in soccer. Tom likes to stay active at the gym, riding bikes, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. Tom's philosophy on selling: "Customer satisfaction is paramount and I will go the extra mile to ensure that's the case."

Courtney Howerton - Sales/Service Representative

Courtney came to Voluforms in 2014 and brings a rich history in the retail/sales industry. Over the years, she has had a hand in everything from buying, merchandising, marketing and display, to public relations, production and sales. Primarily focused on our most local customer group, Courtney’s past experience working ...at locally-owned businesses gives her a keen understanding of the Voluforms’ customer base in Southern Indiana/Louisville Metro area. Courtney says,” My greatest goal is to make sure my customers are happy and I am so thankful for the opportunity to make that happen.” Courtney spends her time away from Voluforms with her husband of 17 years and her 2 children. She enjoys reading and crafting in her spare time.

Tyler Stewart - Sales/Service Representative

Over the past 10 years, Tyler has worked with marketing agencies throughout the region, building cohesive digital and printed branding for local and national clients. With a background in photography, design and advertising, he recognizes the importance of Voluforms’ role in helping customers to best promote and represent themselves and their brands.

Tyler is a multi-award-winning photographer, working as a photojournalist for the past 6 years and continuing his photography through advertorial and commercial work. He and his wife have been together for 12 years and have a 1-year-old daughter. He enjoys playing and listening to music, cooking, and being outdoors – even more so when done with the family.
